Oaxaca on the Plate

A signature Oaxacan tortilla, crisp and folded, layered with asiento (rendered pork fat) beans, and queso fresco. Stuffed with fresh cabbage, tomato, avocado and quesillo. Accompanied by grilled Cecina, and Chorizo.

Tlayuda Mixteca

Tender chicken smothered in our deep, rich, aromatic Coloradito (Red Mole). Served with rice and beans.

Mole Coloradito

A personal-sized Oaxacan tlayuda spread with savory asiento (rendered pork fat) and bean paste. Topped with quesillo, queso fresco, cabbage, tomato, and avocado. Choice of Chorizo, Tasajo, or Cecina. Served with your choice of a simple salad or soup.
